Annual Project Meetings
Consortium members meet once a year in person, with the meeting hosted each time by a different partner institution in a different city. These annual gatherings provide an important opportunity to review the progress of the past year, address current challenges, and make key decisions for the project’s next steps.
Beyond the formal discussions, the meetings also strengthen the consortium’s collaboration on a personal level. Sharing meals and informal conversations allows partners, who usually interact through online meetings, to connect face to face and build stronger working relationships.
