WP3 Behavioural Intervention
In WP3, we are conducting a study of a complex intervention aimed at promoting lifestyle and behavioural changes in shift workers.
The 24-week intervention targets the following four key areas, which are delivered via an app, peer group sessions and environmental nudges.
- Nutrition
- Sleep
- Physical activity
- Stress management
Outcome measures include:
- Sleep duration & quality
- Diet quality
- Physical activity levels
- Perceived stress
- Cardiometabolic markers (e.g. BMI, blood pressure, cortisol)
