Work Packages
The SHIFT2HEALTH project is built on a multidisciplinary structure, consisting of eight interlinked work packages. Each work package addresses a specific component of the project — from identifying biological mechanisms related to obesity in shift workers, to developing and testing targeted interventions, and translating findings into practical tools and strategies.
Together, these work packages aim to improve the health and wellbeing of shift workers by combining scientific research, behavioural insights, and innovative product development. Click on each work package to learn more about its specific objectives, activities, and contributions to the overall project.
