The SHIFT2HEALTH online survey metadata codebook and questionnaire are openly available on Zenodo. The dataset includes metadata derived from a large cross-national survey conducted across eight European countries (Austria, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, and Spain). Also, the metadata codebook for the qualitative research, i.e., interviews and focus group discussions, executed in five countries (Austria, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland) are available online. Sharing the metadata highlights SHIFT2HEALTH's commitment to open science.
