WP8 Project Management
WP 8 ensures efficient communication and coordination across all partners. It covers governance, reporting, finance, and strategic decision-making.
Project Coordinator (CO)
→ oversees all activities (admin, legal, ethical, financial)
Executive Board (EB)
→ consists of WP Leaders & CO, defines strategy, monitors progress, decides on revisions
General assembly (GA)
→ consists of all partners, main decision-making body
External Advisory Board (EAB)
→ group of selected experts from the Policy, Stakeholder & the scientific area
Monitoring & Reporting
→ An electronic project management system tracks objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
→ Regular reviews by the Executive Board & European Commission ensures harmonized methods, transparent reporting
Administrative & Financial Management
→ Supporting partners with administration, logistics, and budget management.
→ It monitors costs & payments and prepares technical and financial reports, ensuring efficient use of resources throughout the project
