One year of OBEClust

Project Updates

Obesity is one of the most complex public health challenges of our time, shaped by biological, environmental, social and economic factors. Addressing it requires more than isolated actions. It calls for coordination, shared learning and collaboration across sectors and countries.

OBEClust brings together nine EU-funded research projects, including SHIFT2HEALTH, to strengthen alignment, exchange expertise and increase the collective impact of European research on obesity prevention and management.

By moving from working in parallel to working together, the cluster is helping to build a stronger and more coherent evidence base for sustainable public health action across Europe.
